Networking 101 for Introverts
You don't need to be the loudest person in the room to make meaningful connections. Here's your strategy.

Networking often conjures images of crowded rooms and awkward small talk. For introverts, this is a nightmare. But true networking isn't about collecting business cards; it's about building relationships.

Start small. Connect with one person at a time (1:1 coffee chats are your friend). Focus on deep listening rather than elevator pitches. And remember, digital networking—commenting thoughtfully on posts, sharing your own work—is just as valid and often more effective for introverted personalities.
